EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the Withdrawal and Return Request Form below or contact us at hello@infinitydress.com before the withdrawal period expires.Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you must return the products within 14 days.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned products or receive proof that the products have been returned.You may inspect the products as you would in a physical store. However, any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products may be deducted from the refund.

InfinityDress 30-Day Extended Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, InfinityDress offers a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.To qualify for a return or exchange under this extended policy:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Garments must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Items must be free from pet hair, dust, dirt, stains, makeup, food residue, deodorant marks, odors, perfume, tears, runs, or other damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing once the returned item has been received.

Non-Returnable Items Under the Extended Return Policy

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under our 30-day extended return policy:

• Infinity Bras
• SeemFree Intimates
• Essentials products (including Butterfly Bra Clips, Styling Tape, and SoleSwap Foldable Flats)
• Clearance items
• Gift receipt purchases

Custom and Special Items

Certain custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.Please contact our customer service team before placing an order if you have questions regarding sizing, color selection, or product suitability.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
